BUSTER...thinking about a Charlotte 2 day trip

The SheBar and I have a couple of vouchers from Frontier/Airtran that we have to use by Nov 5.

With her new job, we can only do two nights and among the options were North Carolina.

We'd be interested in daytime checking out the zone between Charlotte and Asheville and at night hitting some good music.

Likely would be a Tue/Wed night

Though I took a peek at NFL schedule and see that on Sun, Oct 28 the Panthers host Indy.

I'm guessing that would be a pretty high dollar ticket, eh?

ALWAYS tickets available outside gate for less than face. i will start the hunt for you as i am offered tickets constantly.we are a very fickle town and if all is not going well at the time very easy to score.asheville is a very easy trip and you will enjoy............ and if you feel the need to gamble cherokee is only a short drive with full blackjack privileges

Nah...just talked with SheBar and Sunday is spot out

She's in high dollar retail sales and Sat/Sun/Mon are must days.

SO I TOOK a bit more look around and see that VaTech hosts BC on Thursday night, Oct 25.

Could be a good blend.....Fly in Wed morning early to Charlotte and hang there until afternoon on Thursday before driving up to Blacksburg.

I've got a few friends up that way too and just sent them a note to see about creating a gaggle for that event.

Any chance you'd be interested in that event?
